Rooibos or Rooiboss Tea

I love the Rooibos or Rooiboss Tea from Celestial Seasonings. It is very sweet so I dont add any sugar. Here is more information about Rooibos:

Rooibos really lends itself well to blends. You might want to check out Harney & Sons "African Autumn" - rooibos, cranberry and orange. You can order online, but I found it at the Starbucks coffee bar at my local Barnes & Noble bookstore. I'm also loving a Ginger Lime Rooibus that I buy loose from a local tea shop.

I like drinking rooibos late in the day, since it doesn't have any caffeine. I drink a lot of black teas as well - a little bit of white, and not much green at all - still developing a taste for it.

I love Rooibos too, its my "bedtime tea" as its caffeine-free and sweet and comforting!
